I am a go-getter. If I see or notice that something needs to be done I just do it. I don't go looking for permission to do it, I just do it. I may see situation as a safety hazard. Or maybe I see that it can be better organized. Or for whatever may be the reason, if I feel that the situation can be improved, then I just do it. I am very decisive. Why put off till tomorrow that which I can do today. On the other hand I like a man who is decisive and assertive. Knows where he is going and knows what he wants.
